Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

vanilla extract

quick cooking oats

all purpose flour

cinnamon

baking powder

salt

chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large bowl, combine: mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla
In a separate bowl, combine: oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt
Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture; stir until combined
Fold in chocolate chips
Transfer to a 9x13in baking dish coated with non-stick spray
Bake for ~30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Allow to cool and slice into 12 servings
