Roughly chop onion and place at the bottom of pressure cooker
Add chicken broth
Cube chicken breast into bite-sized pieces
Toss chicken with ground ginger (if using)
Add chicken to pressure cooker pot.*I like to try to spread the chicken into an even layer to avoid all of the pieces sticking together when cooking
Pour teriyaki sauce on top
Seal & pressure cook on high for 8-10 minutes with quick release
Consider serving with a grain & veggie + top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
