Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

sweet potatoes

tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
cinnamon
1
pinch
salt
1
dash
cayenne pepper
optional
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 450F
Rinse and dry sweet potatoes
Carefully chop into bite sizes pieces and add to a large bowl
Toss with oil and seasonings to evenly coat all pieces
Add to a parchment paper lined baking sheet
*Make sure they are in a single layer and aren't crowded!
Bake for 10 minutes
Toss potatoes with a spatula and spin the pan for even cooking
Cook an additional 10 minutes or until fork tender
