Finely chop spinach and red onion.Emphasis on finely chop! If the pieces are too big, the patties won't hold their shape as well
If feta is not already crumbled...crumble into small pieces
Add spinach, red onion, and feta along with seasonings to a medium sized bowl with the ground turkey
Mix all ingredients together with your hands until combined
Form into 4 or 5 even burgers
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add burgers to skillet and cook for ~5-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165F.I usually add the lid to my skillet for the first 5 minutes of cooking.I highly suggest using a kitchen thermometer so there is no guess work. It is not safe to consume undercooked ground meat, but overcooking any burgers can yield a dryyyyyy end result!
Serve immediately and store cooled leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge
