Honey mustard recipe without mayo
We’re giving creamy honey mustard a bit of a nutrient recomposition here by swapping the mayo for whole milk greek yogurt. That means we can say goodbye to excess calories from fat and hello to a flavorful, lower calorie dressing, drizzle, and dip!
TIP: be sure to use plain whole milk greek yogurt in this recipe…using fat free greek yogurt doesn’t cut it for me!

My favorite ways to use this honey mustard recipe without mayo
Chef salad
Load up your plate with some dark leafy greens and top with chicken and/or deli meat, bacon/turkey bacon, a boiled egg, sliced cucumber, tomatoes, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, some croutons and a delicious drizzle of this honey mustard.
Chicken Club Wrap
I like to use a burrito sized wrap and fill it with a layer of any leafy green like spring mix, spinach, romaine, etc. Sometimes I even like to use shredded cabbage here for a good crunch. Drizzle your honey mustard over your greens and add some grilled chicken (save some time and use rotisserie or deli chicken!), sliced tomatoes, red onion, avocado slices, turkey bacon, and sliced swiss cheese. YUM.
